How to return in 5 easy steps!


Call or email customer service at to inform us that you intend to return your purchase. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#) to fill in the return slip. An RMA# must be obtained from us before any returns.






Print and fill in the return slip. Return slips must contain the RMA# provided by us. The return slip can be downloaded here









Place the item(s) in its original packaging and pack them into a box or courier bag together with the return slip in a manner that will ensure that the package is protected from damage during the return shipping process.

Once the return is approved after being inspected, you will be issued a store credit refund by means of a voucher code equal to the full amount paid for the returned item.







Please obtain Proof of Posting receipt from POS Malaysia. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcel lost or damaged during the shipping/return process.


How to use Store Credit

Store credit is issued through an email that will be sent to you from our customer service department. The email will contain a code and a value amount. You can use this voucher by entering the code into the Discount Code box on the bottom of your SHOPPING CART page.


Store credit is valid for 6 months (180 days). If you require any assistance for combining or splitting your store credit voucher amount kindly contact us at

Terms & Conditions:

  • Goods purchased are returnable for up to Fourteen (14) days from the date of order.
  • All items purchased at are returnable unless otherwise stated on the product description.
  • Shipping costs for returns will only be covered by Hardknocks if said returns are the result of defective products or errors committed by us. NOTE: In the event of such occurrences, Hardknocks will only refund shipping costs for items returned using Poslaju.
  • If the item is returned for any reason other than those previously mentioned, the customer is to be responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#) obtained from us (see steps above).
  • Any merchandise returned without an RMA# will be returned to you at your cost.
  • The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All items returned must be unused, in its original packaging (including invoice) and in resaleable condition prior to full refund being issued. No refunds will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
  • Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
  • Store Credit Vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary refund.
